Fully-cooked and prepared daily under strict quality-controlled conditions, Violetta is made from fresh premium eggplants. Our products are seasoned with just the right ingredients, cooked immediately, and flash frozen to ensure freshness. A vegetarian complement and menu favorite!

To ensure the strictest of standards, our plant is USDA, FDA, and American Institute of Baking inspected. We currently have a "superior" rating with the American Institute of Baking.
